Due to the nature of our hair care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons. Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us at anutwisthaircare@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the item
A brief description of the issue
If approved, we may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Please Note:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.
Refunds are only issued if we cannot fulfill your order and no replacement is available.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method. Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping. We currently ship within the United States only.
Delivery Issues
A Nu Twist is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us at anutwisthaircare@gmail.com with your tracking number.
