💬 Do I need a consultation before booking services?
All new clients are required to have an in-person consultation prior to receiving services. The consultation fee is $50 and non-refundable. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. We accept: All major credit cards Cash App, Apple pay, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle. Once your deposit is received, we will contact you to confirm your appointment. To retain your deposit, please notify us at least 3 days in advance if rescheduling. The remaining balance is due at check-in.---
⏰ What’s your appointment policy?
Please arrive on time. If you're more than 1 hour late without notice, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited. We provide estimated service times, but actual styling times may vary. Please allow your stylist the time needed for quality work. For services lasting 6+ hours, we recommend not scheduling other commitments that day. Due to safety and space regulations: Children are only allowed if they are receiving services and accompanied by an adult Additional guests or family members are not permitted in the salon Only clients receiving services and their stylist are allowed in the styling area If you’re unhappy with your style during your appointment, please speak up—no changes or refunds will be made after the service is complete.---
📍Where will my appointment take place?
You will receive a notification from your stylist with the location based on your selected city. To secure the location, you must confirm within 24 hours of receiving the notification. If no confirmation is received, your location and appointment time may be released.---

Gratuity is not included in service prices but is always appreciated. Tips may be added to your credit card or personal check.---
🎁 Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Gift Certificates are available in any amount and can be used toward services or retail. They are: Non-refundable Not redeemable for cash or gratuities. Gift Certificates may be purchased by phone.---
📅 What is your cancellation policy?
Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. Same‑day cancellations are non-refundable.
