I'm sure you are all aware of salon openings starting Monday. That's GREAT NEWS! We plan on taking our clients starting Tuesday. We would like to extend our first few weeks taking care of our VIP Clients first. These are clients that have paid in advance or purchased products to support the salon. YOU all believed in us and you continued to support our small business, in good faith, since we have been closed. This is our way of showing our HUGE appreciation.
We will be calling VIP clients starting Saturday for appointments. We encourage all others to call Monday to make your appointments. We will be booked out quickly, so don't wait.
Before appointments are booked, and at the time of your appointment, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire. If you cannot answer emphatically (NO) please reschedule.
If you are not feeling well or in a high risk group please refrain from visiting.
Some stylists may not be booking until a later date. You are more than happy to try and book with someone else.
Questions: Have you had a cough or fever? Have you been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms within 14 days? Are you living with anyone who is sick, elderly or quarantined?
During your visit:
No guests or visitors are allowed unless receiving services.
Hand-washing upon arrival with warm, soapy water for a minimum of 20 seconds will be required by stylists and clients.
Masks must be worn by stylists and clients the entire visit. The salon has extra masks if needed, but we encourage you to bring your own.
Clean capes and aprons will be worn during visit.
Face shields must be worn by stylists during the shampoo session.
Disinfection of surfaces, tools, doors, bathrooms during and after each client will be adhered.
Payments can be made using CashApp, Paypal or Cash in sealed envelope (provided by salon, if needed). An invoice from Square can be emailed to pay as well to avoid use of tablet.
Appointments will be staggered to allow extra time with each client. Please DO NOT enter the salon until you are instructed by your stylist.
We will continue curbside pickup for products if you choose to wait a while.
Please continue to be patient with us during this time. We will be limiting the amount of appointments available each day. We are working hard to make sure all of your hair care needs are met, while also ensuring the safety of everyone.
