Mail Order
We would be delighted to mail any of our retail products or
gift certificates.
Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Cash, and
personal check. Returned checks are subject to a $38
fee. We require a non-refundable deposit of $25 to secure
appointments for services taking more than 3hrs (braids,
extensions etc..)
Gratuities
Gratuity is not included in prices however, it is
appreciated. Gratuities can be added to credit cards or
personal checks.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available in any denomination
and are non-refundable. Gift Certificates are valued
for services rendered and retail. Gift Certificates
are not exchangeable for cash or gratuities. For
your convenience, Gift Certificates may be purchased by
phone.
Cancellation Policy
We are aware that, at times, you need to change
your appointment. We ask that you notify us 24 hours in
advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
A fee of $20 be charged for anyone missing two or more
appointments within a 24 hour period.
Appointments that are not honored within one hour
may have to be rescheduled.
Scheduling/Styling
Our scheduling is designed to permit
the appropriate amount of time to complete your service.
Please help us by arriving on time, indicating exactly
all the services you wish to receive in order receive the
full benefit of your service and experience.
We offer in person consultations by appointment for
color, chemical, extension and braiding services.
Special appointments can be arranged
for special needs.
We suggest that you make your next appointment before you
leave the salon. We will gladly call the day before as
a reminder for chemical services.
Based on
previous experience we can give you a general estimation of
the time it will take to complete your style. However, every
situation is different and special so it is only an
estimate. Sometimes styles run longer and sometimes shorter
than expected. For best results we ask that you do not rush
your stylist. For those who are having a style that takes 6
or more hours, we recommend that you do not have your hair
done on the same day as important engagements
When having
your hair done, if at any point you see your style is not
going the way we agreed, please let us know as soon as you
know. After the style is finished it will be too late for
any adjustments or refunds to be made.
Personal Belongings
Please note that we are not responsible for loss, theft,
or damage to personal property or clothing.
Child Care
We love children, however unless they have an appointment
please make other arrangements so that you and those around
you may enjoy the salon experience. Our
waiting area is limited and is used for consultations and
customers waiting to be serviced. Therefore we kindly ask
that you please refrain from bringing along a number of
friends and family to wait for you while you are having your
hair done. Styling
stations are used for clients being serviced all others must
sit in designated waiting area.
Running Late
We pride ourselves on servicing all of our clients in a
timely and professional manner. Your promptness is greatly
appreciated and required to properly serve you. In the
event that you are running late for an appointment, we will
do everything possible to satisfy you with our other patrons
in mind.
